Appointment Setter / Studio Booker
Warm Marketing Leads | No Cold Calling | Work From Home
Casual | Monday to Friday | 4–5 hours per day initially
About the role
Memoir Studios is looking for a confident, friendly and motivated Appointment Setter / Studio Booker to join our team.
There is no cold calling involved. You'll be contacting people who have responded to our marketing campaigns and expressed interest in our photography offers, as well as enquiries generated through Google Search.
Your role is to have a great conversation, understand what they're looking for, build excitement around the experience and turn that initial interest into a confirmed studio booking.
What you'll do
- Contact new marketing leads and enquiries
- Follow up leads who haven't yet booked
- Build rapport and understand each client's needs
- Answer basic questions about our photography sessions and offers
- Guide interested prospects towards a booking
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in our CRM
- Work towards achievable booking targets
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who:
- Is confident, friendly and comfortable on the phone
- Has excellent communication and listening skills
- Can build rapport quickly and naturally
- Enjoys talking to people and helping them make decisions
- Is motivated by targets and commission
- Is organised and reliable with follow-ups
- Can work independently from home
Experience in appointment setting, sales, customer service, hospitality, call centres or similar roles will be highly regarded, but we're more interested in your communication skills, attitude and ability to connect with people.
