SRG Hospitality is preparing to launch a stunning new restaurant on the iconic Rose Bay waterfront, bringing together exceptional food, warm hospitality, and breathtaking harbour views in a truly unique setting.
As we get ready to open our doors, we're seeking passionate General Wait Staff, Bartenders, Supervisors and Runners to become part of our founding team and help shape the guest experience from day one.
SRG Hospitality currently operates 12 venues across Sydney, with plans to grow to 17 venues by the end of 2026. The Role
As part of our front-of-house team, you'll play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences through attentive, polished, and genuine service.
Whether you're delivering exceptional table service, crafting and serving beverages behind the bar, or supporting seamless operations as a Runner, you'll contribute to the high standards expected within a five-star hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional service that consistently
- Create warm, personalised, and memorable guest experiences
- Support smooth and efficient service during busy periods
- Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and floor teams
- Assist with VIP guest experiences and dietary requirements
- Prepare service areas and maintain stock levels throughout service
- Clear, reset, and maintain immaculate dining spaces
- Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and confidently
- Uphold all hygiene, safety, and company standards
