What you'll be doing
As a Ward Clerk, you will be the central point of administrative support for the ward, ensuring efficient management of patient information and day to day clerical activities.
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to clinical staff, patients and visitors.
- Coordinate ward clerical systems and essential patient related information.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and best practice activities.
- Manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
