Description:
The Role:
We're looking for genuinely warm, patient communicators to join our Customer Operations team in a dynamic FMCG environment. As a Customer Service Support – SAH, you'll support our Support at Home (SAH) customers - many of whom are older Australians, building real rapport and helping them navigate their options with confidence.
This isn't a hard-sell role but you'll be comfortable gently guiding customers toward placing an order when it's the right fit for them and supporting our outbound efforts to connect with new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling outbound referrals for new SAH customers
- Responding to inbound calls and providing clear, empathetic support
- Explaining how Lite n' Easy's SAH program works
- Confidently encouraging customers to place an order when appropriate, without being pushy
- Offering encouragement and guidance to customers needing extra support
- Collaborating with the SAH Specialist team to ensure smooth service delivery
About You:
- 2 years' experience in a customer service role, ideally in a high-volume environment (phone-based or face-to-face) - specialty retail or hospitality experience highly regarded
- A natural, patient communicator who enjoys building relationships, particularly with older customers
- Comfortable with light, customer-first selling, think specialty retail rather than pure sales
- Basic computer and administrative skills, with comfort navigating internal systems and accurately recording customer information
- High attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work well in a team
If you have a passion for customer service and are seeking a rewarding opportunity where your work directly influences people's lives, we encourage you to take the next step in your career.
