The Australian Childhood Foundation is seeking a skilled Senior Clinician to deliver specialist therapeutic services to children and young people impacted by trauma and harmful sexual behaviour.
This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on clinical work with sector collaboration and outreach to regional and remote communities.
About the Role:
As a Senior Clinician, you will deliver specialist therapeutic services to children, young people, and their families, while working collaboratively across a multidisciplinary network.
Deliver trauma-informed assessments and therapeutic interventions
Work with children, young people, families and carers
Collaborate with child protection, health, education and community services
Provide consultation, support and contribute to program development
Travel to regional and remote NT communities
About You:
Qualified in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, OT or similar
Eligibility for relevant professional registration/membership
Experience working with children/young people and trauma
Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice
Culturally safe approach to working with Aboriginal communities
NT Driver’s Licence & Working with Children Check
