We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a high-quality dining experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage a team efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and efficiency.
- Manage and train staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain operational standards.
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Monitor and maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Plan and coordinate events, promotions, and special dining experiences.
- Maintain inventory, manage stock control, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Oversee budgeting, financial records, and cost management to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software (preferred).
- Relevant hospitality qualifications (preferred).
