As a Representative - Inside Sales, you will interact with existing customers to increase sales of the Company's products and services. You will obtain, create, and up-sell orders while delivering a positive customer experience. You will focus on proactive selling techniques to expand and grow your assigned accounts, collaborating closely with outside sales teams to achieve revenue goals.
This role is ideal for individuals with a strong technical or IT background who are interested in developing their sales career. We are looking for candidates who can learn and apply consultative sales techniques, confidently present enterprise technology solutions, and leverage their technical expertise to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in sales, inside sales, sales support, IT, technical services, or a related field.
- Proven technical or IT background with the ability to understand and discuss technology products and solutions with customers.
- Strong technical mindset with the ability to quickly learn complex product portfolios and enterprise technology offerings.
- Demonstrated ability or strong potential to develop consultative and solution-based sales skills ("teachable sales" mindset).
- Ability to confidently present, demonstrate, and communicate the value of core enterprise products and solutions to customers.
- Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential; candidates with a technical background and a passion for customer engagement are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business applications.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective team player who can collaborate across sales, operations, and customer support functions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify customer opportunities and proactively prospect within existing and potential accounts.
- Self-motivated with the ability to solve problems independently and make sound business decisions.
- Ability to work independently with general supervision.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Experience presenting or supporting enterprise technology products, solutions, or services.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and account development.
- Exposure to IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, software, or other enterprise technology solutions.
Experience engaging with technical stakeholders and translating technical concepts into business value.
