Kanzo Parramatta is seeking a friendly and reliable Part-Time/ Full-Time Waiter/Server to join our team. This role involves serving dine-in customers, taking phone and counter orders, and accurately packing Uber Eats and other delivery orders. The ideal candidate provides excellent customer service while supporting smooth daily operations in a Japanese restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
- Take dine-in, takeaway, and phone call orders accurately
- Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen team
- Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly
- Pack Uber Eats and other online delivery orders carefully and accurately
- Check orders before dispatch to ensure quality and correctness
- Answer customer questions about menu items
- Maintain cleanliness of dining, counter, and packing areas
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards
- Support team members during busy periods
