We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Nurses (RN)
You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of healthcare settings, including residential aged care, disability support services, community care, and healthcare facilities.
Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care.
- Conduct clinical assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor and respond to changes in residents’ or clients’ conditions.
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
- Supervise and support ENs and AINs where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance records.
Registered Nurse Requirements
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Current National Police Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR (desirable).
- Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills.
- Aged care, disability, community, or hospital experience highly regarded.
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Infection Control Certificate
