We are seeking an ISO Management Systems & Assurance Coordinator to maintain and improve our Integrated Management System (IMS). This streamlined role shifts focus away from general HSEQ advisory duties to focus directly on
compliance, internal auditing, and external certification for
ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 HSEQ standards.
About the Role
You will own the day-to-day coordination of our HSEQ compliance frameworks. Rather than managing hands-on field safety, your time will be spent ensuring our systems, policies, and documentation meet these rigorous certification benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Certification Maintenance: Coordinate external audit processes to maintain ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 accreditations.
- Audit & Assurance: Develop the internal audit schedule, perform gap analyses, and identify non-conformances.
- Action Tracking: Own corrective action tracking end-to-end to ensure process failures are closed out.
- Document Control: Draft, revise, and centralise IMS policies and controlled procedures across the organisation.
- M&A Integration: Support the rapid onboarding of newly acquired businesses into our corporate ISO frameworks.
- Maintenance & Governance: maintain other external accreditations and support the preparation of tender and prequalification submissions.
What We Are Looking For:
- ISO Expertise: Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality), 14001 (Environment), and 45001 (OH&S) frameworks.
- Audit Experience: Proven background in internal auditing, gap analysis, and managing external registers.
- System Control: Strong documentation skills with experience managing digital registers (SharePoint/Intranet).
- Communication: Ability to translate complex compliance standards into practical processes for operational teams.
- Qualifications: Lead Auditor certification or a tertiary qualification in a compliance-related field is highly regarded.
