The Role
We're seeking a motivated Duty Manager to oversee daily operations across bar, Reception, gaming, and functions. You'll lead a energetic team, ensure excellent service, and uphold compliance standards. This is a hands-on role in a busy, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Need
- Hospitality leadership experience or readiness to step up.
- Minimum of 2+ years of hospitality leadership experience is required.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
- Current RSA and RSG (RCG desirable).
- Willing to obtain RMLV
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
