ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re on the lookout for multiple roles, experienced Baristas/Bakers/BOH who brings energy, professionalism, and a can-do spirit to the table. If you’re outgoing, reliable, ambitious, and adaptable, you might be the perfect fit to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Barista
- Prepare and serve a variety matcha, smoothies and coffees according to Balibola recipes and standards, and delivering exceptional customer service
- Taking orders, processing payments and operating POS systems
- Maintaining coffee equipment, workstations and café presentation
- Collaborate with the Manager to enhance the customer experience.
Baker
- Preparing and baking a small range of baked goods such as cheesecakes, tiramisus & others
- Experience with Cinnamon Scrolls desired
- Managing baking schedules to ensure products are fresh and available for service
BOH
- Preparing all ingredients and restocking stations, including matcha, creams, smoothie ingredients and bakery needs
- Working effectively as part of a fast-paced team during busy service periods
- Supporting FOH staff and ensuring orders are prepared accurately and efficiently
- Cleaning duties to maintain a clean environment.
ABOUT YOU
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast paced hospitality environment
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership skills, strong professional work ethics, approachable and ego-free
* Calm, solutions-focused mindset - especially in high-pressure service moments
* A genuine passion for matcha, coffee and hospitality.
* Advanced barista skills with confidence in both quality and speed.
* Deliver and maintain the highest standard in branding with our customers
* Maintain a harmonious working environment within our team
