Never Miss is expanding, and we’re looking for a high-performing Store Manager to lead our Hurstville Westfield team.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes sneakers, streetwear and culture — and knows how to run a store at a high standard.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead, coach and motivate a small team
- Deliver premium customer service and build repeat customers
- Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards
- Manage inventory, stock flow and in-store operations
- Drive weekly sales targets and KPIs
- Oversee opening/closing procedures and store performance

- Strong retail management experience
- Confident, reliable and proactive leadership style
- Excellent communication + customer handling skills

- Ability to work across weekdays + weekends
