Are you a passionate physiotherapist who believes in delivering excellent, customer focused outcomes, and who is ready to step into a leadership role within a collaborative allied health team?
Are you committed to raising the clinical standard of those around you, while continuing to grow your own skills and experience?
This may be the role for you.
About the Company
Central City Health Professionals is a well established allied health clinic in the Perth CBD. We believe in a multi-disciplinary approach to rehabilitation and preventative care that works with our clients to identify underlying cause of their symptoms and help them achieve their wellness goals.
You will work alongside a team of physiotherapists, podiatrists, remedial massage therapists, chiropractors, and dietitians. We have an on-site gym fitted out with Clinical Pilates and functional movement equipment, and next door is a busy medical centre who we have an excellent relationship with. Other tools for use on site include VO2 Max testing equipment, rehab grade treadmill, DEXA scanner, VALD force decks, shockwave, high level laser, and AI note-taking software.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced physiotherapist to lead and elevate the clinical standards of our physiotherapy team. As Clinical Lead, you will combine a caseload of your own clients with responsibility for mentoring clinicians, supporting clinical decision making across the team, and helping with the direction of our service.
- Hours - this role would best suit full time or four days per week minimum. Our clinic is open 8am - 7pm Mon - Thurs, 8am - 6pm Fri, and 8am - 1pm Saturdays, and your hours will be structured within these times.
- Leadership - you will provide clinical mentoring and support to our physiotherapy team, helping clinicians to build their skills and confidence while maintaining consistently high standards of care across the service.
- Collaboration - you will be working alongside other health professionals in our multi-disciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for our clients, and will work closely with our Practice Manager on the ongoing development of the team.
- Communication - great communication skills are essential with your clinical and administrative team mates, your referrers, and of course your clients.
- Caring & Supportive - our clients deserve the best customer service possible, and we are looking for someone who is patient, thoughtful, and willing to go above and beyond for our clients. This same level of care and support is also shown to our team, and we expect our Clinical Lead to set the tone for that culture.
- Commitment to Growth and Excellence - we are looking for a team member who has a desire to grow both within and outside the workplace, and wants to help others to do the same. Someone who will draw on and utilise the diverse range of skills and knowledge within the team, while also helping to build the clinical capability of those around you.
