What We’re Looking For
- Experience & Skills: Minimum 1 year of barista experience, with strong technical skills in dialing in and adjusting grinders/machines.
- Quality & Standards: You genuinely care about every single cup that goes over the pass—consistency is everything to you.
- Who You Are: You bring a naturally positive, friendly attitude to work every day and love chatting with locals.
- Cool Under Pressure: Busy morning rushes don't sweat you—you stay composed, fast, and focused when the docket printer is pumping.
- Reliable & Proactive: You show up on time, move quickly, keep a tidy bar, and jump in to help the FOH team whenever needed.
- Cleanliness & Housekeeping: You take pride in keeping a spotless station, keeping the bench wiped down and clean under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent English is essential, as taking orders and explaining the menu is a core part of the daily rhythm.
