Property Operations & Marketing Assistant (ABN Contractor)
Roomara is looking for a reliable and motivated Property Operations & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of property management, customer service, administration and digital marketing. You’ll work across our share accommodation properties, helping keep everything running smoothly while also assisting with advertising and attracting new tenants.
Duties include:
- Conducting property inspections and room condition reports.
- Completing entry and exit condition reports.
- Enforcing and monitoring cleaning schedules.
- Tenant onboarding and offboarding.
- Creating and posting property advertisements.
- Responding to rental enquiries and following up with prospective tenants.
- Assisting with Facebook and Google advertising campaigns.
- Helping improve our online presence and marketing.
Skills we’d love to see:
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Confident using smartphones, iPads and basic computer software.
- Experience with Facebook Ads or Google Ads is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Google SEO is highly regarded.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business.
