Demi Chef (Casual) – Australian Hotel & Brewery
Sonnel Hospitality is hiring a Casual Demi Chef for Australian Hotel & Brewery. Working alongside our senior chefs and front of house team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food experiences while supporting smooth, efficient kitchen operations.
The Australian Hotel & Brewery is a cornerstone of the Rouse Hill community, offering a unique blend of modern amenities and traditional hospitality. Established with a passion for craft brewing, our on-site brewery is the heart of our venue, producing a range of award-winning beers that reflect the flavours of Australia. Good knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
Strong attention to detail and consistency in food preparation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene, and OH&S standards
A genuine passion for food and hospitality
Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
Reliability, flexibility, and availability for casual shifts
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
A commitment to maintaining high standards in food quality and cleanliness
A proactive approach with a strong work ethic
