About the role
We are looking for a Cafe Supervisor to lead our team at This Way Canteen. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the rush of a cafe and has previous management experience. As Cafe Supervisor, some of your duties will include team development and communications, roster and timesheet approval. If you have previous management experience, natural leadership abilities, and a positive ‘can do’ attitude – we would love for you to apply!
About the venue
This Way Canteen is a good-time sandwich bunker focusing on simple and delicious daytime fare. We supply a daily selection of fresh sandwiches, salads and bespoke pastries, paired with espresso coffee, nutritious juices and some wine & beer for those wanting a tipple in the afternoon.
