SUVA SHAKTI PTY LTD T/as Seahorse Brasserie is hospitality business based in Australia running additional new outlet inside Narooma Golf Club located at 1 Ballingalla Street, Narooma NSW 2546 Australia . We are looking for passionate and experienced Cook to join our growing team. This role ensures the efficient operation of the kitchen, supports the development of kitchen staff, and contributes to providing an exceptional dining experience for all patrons.
Your Duties and Responsibilities
- Must be experienced working as Cook
- Preparing, seasoning, cooking, and presenting a variety of dishes.
- Examining food to ensure quality and consistency before and after cooking.
- Cooking and preparing the dishes in our menu
- Following and maintaining OH & S procedures in the kitchen
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering, storage androtation of kitchen ingredients
- Maintaining tidiness and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Stock rotation and reordering
- Presentation and plating of food
- Well Experience using commercial kitchen equipment
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum Certificate IV in Kitchen Management or Higher
- Prior experience as a Cook minimum 1 - 2 Year .
- Ability to work Full Time.
- Flexible to work on a rotating roster.
