Royal Glow Cleaning Services is a Sydney based cleaning business focused on delivering luxury-level cleaning experiences to residential and commercial clients.
We are a new and growing business, currently preparing our contractor team so we are ready to service clients as demand comes on.
We are looking for professional, reliable contract cleaners who take pride in their work and represent themselves - and the businesses they work with - to a high standard.
About the role
This is a contractor position (not employment).
Work will be in-person at client locations across Sydney.
As work ramps up, contractors who are reliable and professional will be prioritised for ongoing jobs.
Typical duties include:
- High-quality residential and commercial cleaning
- Bathrooms, kitchens, floors, dusting, detailing
- Following clear standards and checklists
- Communicating professionally with clients when required
- Representing a premium brand on site
What we’re looking for
This role suits cleaners who:
- Take pride in detail and presentation
- Are reliable, punctual, and professional
- Can work independently without supervision
- Speak clear, professional English
- Understand expectations in a luxury service environment
Requirements:
- ABN (or willing to obtain)
- Own reliable vehicle
- Own basic cleaning equipment and products
- Smartphone with internet access
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to legally work in Australia
Preferred (but not essential):
- Previous cleaning experience (residential, bond, or commercial)
- National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
Pay & work structure
- $35 – $42 per hour (Depending on experience and equipment)
- Flexible work as jobs come on
