Are you an experienced Residential Manager or Care Manager looking for a leadership role that offers greater variety, visibility and influence?
As a Roving Residential Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the continuity, quality and performance of our Residential Care homes. Whether providing leadership during planned leave or helping a home navigate a period of change, you'll step in with confidence to lead teams, maintain high standards of care and ensure residents continue to receive exceptional support. About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you'll provide experienced leadership across our Residential Care homes, stepping into Residential Manager positions as required to ensure operational continuity and clinical excellence. You'll quickly build strong relationships with residents, families and teams, providing stability, guidance and leadership while maintaining compliance, quality outcomes and a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Residential Manager leadership coverage across our homes during planned leave and short-term operational support
- Ensure continuity of high-quality, resident-centred care and operational performance
- Maintain compliance with aged care standards, clinical governance and regulatory requirements
- Lead and support multidisciplinary teams through periods of transition and change
- Foster trusted relationships with residents, families and employees
- Partner with Regional Managers and senior leaders to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
About You
You're an adaptable and confident aged care leader who thrives in new environments and enjoys making a positive impact wherever you go. You combine strong clinical knowledge with exceptional leadership skills and are passionate about delivering outstanding resident outcomes. You'll also bring:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated experience as a Residential Manager or Care Manager with operational leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, accreditation standards and clinical governance
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
- The flexibility to travel across NSW and South East QLD
- A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
