Sales and Marketing Manager
Location: Laverton North, Victoria
Employment Type: Full-Time (38 hours per week)
Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 plus Superannuation + Commission
Job Summary
Massa Imports is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies that support business growth and strengthen our market position. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, analysing market trends, developing marketing initiatives, and driving sales performance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities and market segments.
- Analyse market trends, customer requirements and competitor activity.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare forecasts, budgets and management reports.
- Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities and brand initiatives.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including online advertising and social media strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors and key business partners.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing programs and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute long-term business growth strategies.
- Support product development and market expansion initiatives.
Skills and Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline; and/or
- Minimum of five years' experience in a sales and marketing management role.
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
- Experience in market analysis, sales forecasting and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Australian work rights are required for this position.
