What you’ll be doing:
Drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth through customer retention, renewals, and account expansion.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, becoming a strategic advisor to key customers.
Partner with customers to maximize value realization, adoption, and business outcomes from SHL solutions.
Identify growth opportunities, leading commercial conversations around upsell, cross-sell, and expansion.
Collaborate with Sales, Consulting, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Proactively manage customer health, risks, and renewal plans to ensure long-term partnership success.
Lead customer engagement strategies that improve satisfaction, advocacy, and lifetime value.
Maintain accurate account plans, renewal forecasts, and revenue visibility through CRM management.
What we’re looking for:
Essential:
Fluent English language (written and spoken)
Customer success or account management experience
Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
Desirable:
SaaS or HR tech industry experience
Analytical and data-driven mindset
Strategic problem solver and self-starter
Collaborative team player
