About the Role:
A rare opportunity in the ACT is available for an experienced Used Sales Manager. With extensive management experience and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer-service that aligns with the brand, you will drive the success of our Used Car department.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Used Vehicle Sales team
-
Oversee retail used car sales inventory
-
Innovate sales advertising and lead management initiatives
-
Build and maintain effective customer relationships ensuring that all staff follow up both prospective and current customers

Review, report and evaluate the activities of the sales staff according to objectives, KPIs and overall sales strategies using salesforce dashboard tools and general observations.

Regular review of dealership advertising to ensure stock presents well online, is described factually and in the most optimized way

Set the tone and standard for all sales communications (written and verbal), ensuring the team provide friendly, helpful, honest, accurate customer service and advice at all times.

Ensure all customer complaints are effectively managed with care and consideration and escalated to the Dealer Principal where appropriate

Build and maintain strong and collaborative relationships with relevant department managers including service, parts, finance and administration

Demonstrated experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager
