We're hiring enthusiastic casual staff to join our team at the Brisbane Ekka from Saturday 8 August 2026 to Sunday 16 August 2026.
You'll be working across our exciting food stalls, including:
- Tanghulu
- Dumpling King
- Other exciting food concepts
What You'll Be Doing
- Taking customer orders
- Preparing and serving food
- Operating the register (POS)
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
What We're Looking For
No experience is required—hospitality or customer service experience is a bonus but not essential. We're looking for reliable, friendly, hardworking people who enjoy working as part of a team and thrive in a busy environment.

- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
