Do you enjoy building strong professional relationships and helping customers succeed? As a Customer Relationship Lead at PEXA, you will be the trusted partner for key clients, ensuring they get the most value from PEXA's innovative property settlement platform.
In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their business goals, solve challenges, and identify opportunities to improve their experience. You will act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, helping ensure customer feedback influences products, services, and future improvements.
You will regularly meet with clients, conduct account reviews, provide business insights, support product adoption, and help resolve issues quickly and effectively. You will also represent PEXA at industry events, workshops, and customer forums, strengthening long-term partnerships and promoting customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic and high-value customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that support their business growth.
Increase customer engagement and adoption of PEXA products and services.
Act as the primary escalation point for customer concerns and work toward timely resolutions.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, and other internal teams to improve customer outcomes.
Conduct customer meetings, account reviews, and business performance discussions.
Generate leads and identify opportunities for business growth.
Represent PEXA at industry events, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
Gather customer feedback and advocate for customer needs within the organization.
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in customer relationship management, account management, or client success.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude.
Experience in FinTech, PropTech, legal services, conveyancing
