Your Role as an NDIS Support Worker:
As an NDIS Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing individualised support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting individuals with daily living activities
- Providing emotional and social support
- Promoting independence and community participation
- Collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Qualifications and Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and patience
- Relevant qualification in healthcare
- Willingness to undergo relevant training and certifications
- A valid driver's license
- First Aid + CPR (current & in date)
- Working with Children, NDIS Workers Check and Police Checks (or willingness to obtain)
