We are looking for a results-driven aviation professional who can lead from the front and collaborate across multiple functions to deliver safe, efficient, and commercially sound outcomes. You will bring:
What you will need to succeed?-
Certificate IV or Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Mechanical or Avionics)

CASA Part 66 Licence (B1 or B2) preferred (not essential)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a maintenance management or supervisory role

Experience working within an AMO and collaborating with CAMO and Engineering functions

Strong technical understanding of aircraft systems, maintenance programs, and documentation

Exposure to fleet phase-out or aircraft exit activities (highly desirable)

Familiarity with maintenance systems such as AMOS, TRAX, Rusada, or equivalent

Ability to hold an ASIC
