About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced FULL TIME Electrical/Electronics Engineer to support Production and maintain automated test systems for testing of Electrical Switchgear, Electronic Modules and PCB assemblies. The successful applicant will enjoy being part of an organization taking Australian technology to the world. You’ll be part of a supportive team, backed by your leader to grow and achieve your career aspirations in the team. This role is a full-time position, Monday to Friday working on our PM shift.
Reporting to the Electronics Engineering Manager, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Provide Engineering support to Production & Assembly lines at NOJA
- Being ‘hands-on’ provide troubleshooting and resolving faults with electronic test equipment
- Assist with the development, assembly, and maintenance of automated electronic test equipment
- Desirable skills with Altium design tool to develop and update electronic schematic diagrams
- Conduct investigations in a documented and controlled manner, and report findings
- Implement, comply with and enforce NOJA Power Quality, Environmental and Workplace Health and Safety Procedures.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Engineering Qualifications - Undergraduate degree or higher preferred
- Working knowledge of electrical and electronics test equipment
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret electrical/electronic schematic diagrams
- Extensive hands-on experience in soldering, wiring, and general fit-out of measurement and control equipment
- Take a systematic approach to challenges, and able to keep good records/documentation
- “Can-do” attitude with good work ethic
- Excellent personal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
