About this opportunity
As a Business Development Manager, you will drive growth by building strong referral partnerships and increasing community awareness of our services. You will focus on generating new client opportunities while maintaining and strengthening existing relationships, ensuring Dovida is recognised as a trusted provider of home care services.
Reporting to our Brand Experience Manager, you will take a proactive, consultative approach to sales and community engagement, working closely with internal stakeholders to support sustainable business growth.
This role will be based across the Perth metro area, with our local offices located in Osborne Park and Clarkson.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners to drive client growth

Identify and pursue new referral opportunities in the community

Plan and execute networking activities, including events, presentations and meetings

Promote Dovida services through consultative sales conversations with stakeholders

Track and manage referral activity, ensuring accurate records and reporting

Collaborate with internal teams to support client conversions and service growth

Develop and execute a structured business development plan aligned to targets
About you
You are a confident, relationship-driven professional who thrives on building connections and driving results. With a proactive and consultative approach, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving growth targets while delivering a positive experience for stakeholders.
You'll also have:

Experience in sales, business development or a similar client-facing role

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills

Confidence in networking, presenting and representing a brand in the community

Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline and priorities

Strong organisational and administrative capability

Excellent communication and influencing skills

Understanding of the aged care sector (preferred)
