Job Purpose
We are currently seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to join our Contract Logistics team based in Truganina, VIC. In this role, you will support the day-to-day warehouse operation by coordinating operational activities, assisting with labour planning, monitoring operational performance, and working closely with supervisors and internal stakeholders to ensure customer service and operational objectives are achieved.
This opportunity is ideally suited to someone whose experience aligns with an Operations Support, an emerging leader who is looking to further develop their leadership capability and progress into more senior operational management positions. This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, with flexibility to support operational requirements as needed.
Key Accountabilities

Support the day-to-day coordination of warehouse operations to ensure service, safety and productivity targets are achieved.

Assist with labour planning, workflow coordination and the allocation of operational resources.

Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure a high level of customer service.

Monitor operational performance, maintain accurate records and prepare reports using Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office.

Support inventory accuracy, stock investigations and continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.

Promote and maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards and workplace health and safety requirements.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment, ideally in an Operations Support, Leading Hand, Team Leader or Supervisor role.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate operational activities and support high-performing warehouse teams.

Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.

Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

A proactive, customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to develop into future operational leadership roles.
