The Front of House team member is responsible for providing a warm and welcoming customer experience, greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with table service and customer enquiries. The role includes operating the POS system, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness of the dining and service areas, and supporting smooth daily operations during service. The FOH team member works closely with the kitchen and management to ensure efficient service, follows food safety and workplace health & safety standards, and represents the business with professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
