In this role you’ll:
Execute asset data collection activities and deliver high-quality asset information that is accurate, complete, consistent, and compliant with prescribed standards ready for approval by the Lead and integration into corporate systems. The role supports informed decision-making by maintaining robust data quality, collaborating with stakeholders, and continuously improving collection methods, reporting, and compliance.
You will achieve this by:
Scheduling and performing asset data collection to meet designated timelines and milestones; prepare submissions for upload into corporate systems.
Performing detailed checks for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and standards adherence; remediate defects and resubmit.
Monitoring data collection performance; propose and implement incremental efficiency and accuracy improvements.
Collaborating with asset managers and delivery teams to gather reliable asset information, support knowledge sharing
These are statewide positions with permanent and fixed term openings up until (30/6/2028) with locations available in North and South office locations.

About You
The role will require knowledge and experience in:
Field and desk-based asset data collection techniques
Organisational standards, metadata requirements, and corporate systems as related to road asset information.
Windows, databases, and relevant corporate asset information systems.
Applying asset data collection standards and accurately validate asset information for integration into corporate systems.
Essential requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Asset Management, Information Technology, Engineering or Technical qualifications or demonstrated, relevant, equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated ability to apply asset data collection standards and accurately validate asset information for integration into corporate systems.
