This position is suitable for professional Estimators in Painting Industry and involves estimation of painting project's cost:
· Estimating on painting, partitioning and carpentry using relevant software.
· Ability to read architectural plans
· Facilitating and tracking the progress of your quotes and leads and reporting.
· Understanding of painting and partitioning terminology.
· Familiarity with SWMs, site safety and efficient site inspection
The Candidate should have the following capabilities:
· Proven Experience with Planswift program
· Ability to quote, communicate with project managers and win work.
· Prior experience with on-site inspection and estimating.
· Ability to identify the needs of the customer and quote accordingly.
· Outstanding customer service skills in a professional manner.
· Ability to work in a fast paced, sometimes pressured environment.
· Must have driver licence.
· Painting and partitioning estimating experience is desirable
· Must have good written and communication skills
· Proficient in MS Office
· Prior knowledge in estimating software desirable
· Proven experience in sales and estimating.
