In this role, you'll:
We are seeking Multiple experienced Tech Delivery Managers to lead the delivery of complex technology solutions across multiple teams and projects.
In this influential role, you will lead the delivery of technology initiatives supporting either:
1. Vehicle & Licensing Domain – DRIVES
- Lead the delivery of regulatory technology solutions that support vehicle and licensing outcomes.
- Manage complex delivery streams across application development, integration, testing, cyber security, architecture and release management.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, product teams and vendors to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement, technical excellence and delivery governance across a large and complex application environment.
- Contribute to the strategic evolution and modernisation of the DRIVES ecosystem.
2. Solutions & Platforms Domain
- Lead delivery across a diverse portfolio of regulatory platforms, including safety, asset management, Salesforce and other strategic business applications.
- Oversee the delivery of technology solutions that enable critical business and regulatory functions across Transport.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives across enterprise platforms and integrated technology ecosystems.
- Drive technical governance, solution alignment and delivery consistency across a broad portfolio.
- Support platform strategy, capability uplift and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with architecture, cyber, data, service management and business teams to deliver scalable and sustainable outcomes.

About you
Key knowledge and experience
- Extensive experience overseeing technical solution delivery within complex multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, systems integration, cloud platforms, and solution architecture.
- Experience in capability uplift, resource planning, and working across large-scale technology portfolios.
- Knowledge of government delivery frameworks, governance structures, and procurement processes.
