Assistant Venue Leader – Yo-Chi Charlestown Square
We’re looking for an Assistant Venue Leader to join Yo-Chi Charlestown Square! Someone who loves people, thrives in fast paced environments, and knows how to turn a good shift into a great one.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading shifts and setting the tone for a high energy, customer first environment.
- Supporting the Venue Leader with daily operations including rostering, stock, cash handling, and compliance.
- Coaching your team in real time so they grow, improve, and deliver standout service.
- Keeping the venue running smoothly, safely, and looking its best.
- Making sure every cup of Yo-Chi is consistent, high quality, and worth coming back for.
- Helping drive performance across sales, costs, and overall venue standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous leadership experience in hospitality or retail.
- Someone who naturally lifts the energy of a team rather than just manages it.
- Comfort working a rotating roster.
- A calm, capable leader who can handle busy service without losing the vibe.
- Genuine care for people, service, and creating great experiences.
