Position: Registred Nurse (Practice Nurse)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Practice Nurse to join our friendly and patient-focused general practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about primary healthcare and enjoys working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Availability Required
Must be available to work Thursdays and Fridays (essential).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical care to patients across all age groups
- Assist doctors in skin procedures and skin treatments
- Conduct health assessments, chronic disease management, and care plans
- Administer vaccinations and manage cold-chain processes
- Support GP-led clinics and preventative health programs
- Assist with triage and urgent patient needs as required
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow practice policies
- Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous quality improvement
About You
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration
- Experience in general practice, primary healthcare, or skin cancer clinics (essential)
- Strong communication and patient-centred care skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Organised, reliable, and committed to high standards of care
- Competent with clinical software (MedicalDirector) desirable
