BrushBoarding International Pty Ltd is a fast-growing international company seeking an organised, proactive and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to work directly with the Company Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, meetings and communications
- Maintain Salesforce CRM and customer records
- Assist with Xero and/or QuickBooks administration
- Coordinate projects, follow-ups and daily business operations
- Support sales, customer enquiries and business development activities
Essential Skills
+ Salesforce experience
+ Xero and/or QuickBooks experience
+ Strong organisational and communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
+Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Operations experience preferred
