Breakfast Concept
Friday – Sunday | 7:00am – 2:00pm
Elliniko Eatery
Wednesday – Sunday | 5:00pm – 9:00pm
Built on authentic Greek hospitality, exceptional food, and genuine customer service, we are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team across both venues and help deliver memorable guest experiences every day.
The Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Front of House Manager who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and understands how to balance speed, service, quality, and team leadership.
You will be responsible for overseeing front-of-house operations, leading and developing staff, ensuring smooth service periods, and maintaining the high standards our guests have come to expect.
This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who enjoys being on the floor, supporting their team, engaging with customers, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all front-of-house operations across both concepts
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop FOH team members
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards
- Ensure efficient service during busy breakfast and dinner periods
- Manage daily opening and closing procedures
- Monitor labour costs and staffing levels
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Work closely with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain venue presentation, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Drive a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork and accountability
- Ensure compliance with food safety, liquor licensing, and workplace regulations
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Essential
- Minimum 5 years' hospitality management experience
- Proven experience managing teams in a high-volume hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Understanding of the importance of speed, service, and quality
- Ability to remain calm and lead under pressure
- Flexible availability and willingness to work a rotating roster
Highly Desirable
- Experience within breakfast, brunch, café, or restaurant operations
- Experience within dinner service operations
- Understanding of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine and hospitality culture
We understand candidates may come from either a breakfast/brunch background or a dinner-service background. While experience in both is highly regarded, we welcome applicants who are willing to learn and develop across both service styles.
