Adecco is currently recruiting for a Concrete Hose Hand to join a busy and well-established concrete pumping team based in Glynde. This is a hands-on role working across multiple construction sites, offering consistent hours, early starts, and strong earning potential.
This position is ideal for someone with concreting or construction labouring experience who is looking to secure ongoing work, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role after six months.

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily concrete pumping operations
- Safely handle and position concrete pump hoses
- Support the setup and pack down of pumping equipment
- Work closely with operators and on-site construction teams
- Perform general labouring duties and site clean-up
Maintain a safe and efficient work environment at all times

Your Profile
- Previous experience in concreting or construction labouring
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual work
- Strong reliability and commitment to safety
- Ability to work early starts and long shifts
- White Card (essential)

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $38, with consistent, ongoing casual work and the opportunity to transition into a permanent position after six months. You’ll be working long 11–12 hour shifts with early starts (3:00am–4:00am), allowing you to maximise your earnings, all while being part of a hardworking and supportive team in a fast-paced construction environment.
