Support Worker - Casual (2 Positions)
Location: Bundaberg & Wide Bay

Coast to Coast Lifestyle Support is a locally owned NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred supports that empower people to live independently and participate in their community.
We're looking for two compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team.
As a Support Worker, you will provide one-on-one support to participants with a range of disabilities, assisting with everyday living while promoting independence, dignity and choice.
Supports may include:
- Personal care
- Meal preparation
- Community access
- Household assistance
- Medication assistance (where appropriately trained)
- Social support
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Accurate progress notes and documentation
We are looking for people who:
- Have a caring and respectful attitude
- Are reliable and professional
- Can work independently and as part of a small team
- Have excellent communication skills
- Are committed to providing person-centred support
Essential requirements
- Current Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening Clearance) or willingness to obtain
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
- Current driver's licence
- Reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
- Smartphone for rostering and documentation
- Ability to complete mandatory NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
Desirable
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability or equivalent
- Experience supporting people living with disability
- Manual handling experience
- Medication competency
- Experience with high physical support needs
