Salary: $76,000 - $80,000 per annum plus Superannuation

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals while maintaining food safety standards and contributing to efficient kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan menus in collaboration with the Sous Chef and Head Chef.
- Prepare, cook and present meals to a consistently high standard.
- Monitor food quality throughout preparation and service.
- Assist with ordering, stock control and cost management.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage food storage and stock rotation.
- Liaise with kitchen and front-of-house staff regarding service requirements.Essential Requirements
- Certificate III and/or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum two years of full-time relevant experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.What We Offer
