About the Role:
As a Senior Property Manager, you will:
- Manage and take ownership of a residential portfolio of approximately 220 properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide professional property management solutions
- Work closely with dedicated accounting, administration, and leasing teams
- Manage repairs, maintenance requests, and contractor relationships
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
- Monitor and manage arrears
- Prepare documentation and attend tribunal matters when required
- Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act
About You:
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in managing a residential property portfolio independently
- Confident managing landlord and tenant relationships
- Knowledgeable in the Residential Tenancies Act
- Strong in communication, organisation, and problem-solving
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to prioritise effectively
- Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail
- Professional, positive, and committed to delivering a premium customer experience
- Able to contribute positively within a team environment
You will also have:
- Minimum 2 years’ residential Property Management experience
- Current Certificate of Registration / Real Estate Licence
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
