Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, energetic, and efficient customer service
- Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Work closely with kitchen to ensure smooth service
- Assist with opening and closing duties
Skills & Requirements:
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential
- RSA required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bubbly, positive personality is a big plus
- Well-presented, reliable, and team-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
