As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll bring Mi Casa Es Tu Casa to life through great food, consistency and teamwork.
You’ll play a key role in delivering the Costa Taco experience, working across prep, line, pass and kitchen support in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare and cook food according to Costa Taco recipes, procedures and presentation standards.
- Work across prep, line, pass and kitchen support as required.
- Follow Costa Taco systems, kitchen procedures, recipes and checklists consistently.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, speed and presentation.
- Complete daily preparation, labelling, storage and stock rotation correctly.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and Front of House teams to support smooth service.
- Complete opening, service and closing responsibilities, reporting any issues to the Kitchen Supervisor.
- A genuine passion for food, hospitality and delivering a great guest experience.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and team-player mindset.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail, speed, initiative and cleanliness.
- Comfort working within clear systems, recipes, expectations and procedures.
- A willingness to learn and develop across different kitchen sections.
- The ability to stay calm, organised and focused during busy service.
- Flexibility across lunch, dinner and weekends.
Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person who brings the right attitude, work ethic and passion for hospitality.
