Support Worker Wanted (Casual / ABN)
Eazzy Care is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team on a casual ABN basis.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will assist clients with their daily living needs while promoting independence, dignity, and community participation.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing personal care and daily living support
* Assisting with community access and social activities
* Supporting clients to achieve their individual goals
* Maintaining accurate records and progress notes
* Building positive and professional relationships with clients and families
Requirements
* Previous experience in disability support, aged care, or a similar role preferred
* Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Working With Children Check (if required)
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
* ABN required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
