We don't need your resume to be perfect. We need you to be someone we can rely on.
Transport doesn't always go to plan. Drivers get delayed, priorities change and routes need adjusting. As a Transport Allocator at CHILL, you'll coordinate daily schedules, allocate work to drivers, adjust routes and keep drivers, customers and warehouse teams informed when things change.
You'll need to spot problems early, make the right call and keep things moving — while keeping safety, temperature, service and customer trust front of mind.
We'll teach you our systems and processes. What we can't teach is good judgement, accountability and staying calm when the plan changes.
That's logistics.
