What you will do
As justice officer, you will support the delivery of important justice services across the region.
You will provide administrative support and help people access information and services with care and professionalism.
You will:
- provide reception and telephone support to clients and community members
- process applications, payments and registrations with accuracy and care
- complete financial and administrative tasks in a timely and organised way
- maintain accurate records and prepare routine correspondence and reports
- contribute to a collaborative team and support service centres across the region when required.
About you
You must hold a current Victorian driver's licence. You may also travel to other justice service centres to provide support when needed.
You should also have:
- strong computer skills and confidence using digital systems
- excellent customer service skills and a professional approach
- sound judgement and the ability to solve problems using policies and procedures
- flexibility, teamwork and respect for people from diverse backgrounds.
