As a member of our Personal Training team, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and quality individualised programming. You must demonstrate our team values and embrace a healthy lifestyle while being a positive role model.
To be successful you must:
- Have a sound knowledge of Resistance training, cardiovascular training, and program design
- Have knowledge of safe exercise techniques, referral pathways to allied health professionals, and the ability to handle emergencies
- Have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Be energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills
As a World Gym Bundaberg Personal Trainer, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting fitness consultations, including interpretation of Tanita body scans
- Promote and sell personal training programs and services
- Develop safe, professional, exciting, and comprehensive personal training programs
- Ensure clients attain their personal fitness goals
- Educate members on current health and fitness issues and trends
- Keep the Gym tidy and clean equipment
Essential Requirements for Trainers:
- Cert III & IV in Personal Training
- First Aid and CPR Certification
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- ABN
- Insurance
