PROVIDE TAILORED MAKEUP SOLUTIONS THROUGH STRONG CONSULTATION SKILLS, LINKING ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS
EDUCATE CUSTOMERS ON APPLICATION TECHNIQUES & PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE IN DEMONSTRATIONS MAINTAINING HYGIENE STANDARDS AT ALL TIMES
MEET AND EXCEED SALES TARGETS AND KPIS PARTICIPATE IN RETAIL EVENTS AND THEME DAYS
MAINTAIN 100% PROFESSIONAL, POLISHED GROOMING STANDARDS
CONFIDENTLY WEAR DIVERSE MAKEUP LOOKS THAT ALIGN WITH BRAND AESTHETIC TO EACH SHIFT ATTEND MANDATORY PAID TRAINING SESSIONS (VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON; TRAVEL MAY BE REQUIRED) MAINTAIN SELF-DEVELOPMENT THROUGH BRANDED ONLINE TRAINING MODULES
COMPLETE ALL DAILY TASKS BEFORE END OF SHIFT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: CLEANING TESTERS, BRUSHES, & COUNTER DISPLAYS. UNPACKING OF STOCK/TESTERS/STUDIO REPLENISHMENT TO DESIGNATED STORAGE AREAS. MAINTAINING COUNTER VM, TRACKING SALES RESULTS AND TIME & ATTENDANCE
RECRUIT NEW CUSTOMERS, SIGNING THEM UP TO OUR CRM DATABASE AND HANDLING PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH INTEGRITY

While certification in make up artistry and/or previous retail make up experience is desirable we also welcome applicants with amateur level experience.
